Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples, an American actor and singer from the United States. She is best remembered for her portrayal of Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama, and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). Also, she played the lead role of Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy and Ashley have raised her at Lake Mary Florida. She also has an older sister, Ally. While growing up Aubrey was a part of The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speakers for the class in 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. However, they agreed to her admission twice in order for her to play the part in Nashville. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally And Ally and Austin & Ally & Ally & (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) & NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. Peeples was a part of the made-for television films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. The latter was her most prominent role as Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama in the second season. In the year 2019 Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire identified Peeples on September 14, 2014, as being one of the top American young actors.
