Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes in people, management of people along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years in the field of Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of executives to meet business goals, especially in times of rapid development and change. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the human resources and business plans into strategic goals as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management as well as employee engagement and change. She is a lover of learning and sees leadership and team building as the greatest advantage. Her extensive experience includes working in Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies in the development and coaching of leaders, with successful results, she helped foster organizational cultures that embody learning innovation and change. Annmarie, who is dedicated to helping Learning Ally in its mission and also dedicates her spare time supporting other non-profit organizations. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its goal is to develop women as leaders.
